Muslim Administration of European Part of Russia to be renamed

In Moscow, Mufti Ravil Gaynutdin, the head of the Muslim Administration of the European Part of Russia, proposed renaming the organization as the Muslim Administration of the Russian Federation at the upcoming session on September 21, 2014.

He explained that the organization had offices in Europe, the Urals, Siberia and the Middle East and its chief was treated like the mufti of Russia.

The official reminded that the Muslim Administration was authorized to sign agreements with ministries of Muslim countries and international organizations under the coordination of the Presidential Administration.
