Ukraine protests against Russian humanitarian convoy

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has released a protest note against the Russian humanitarian convoy, describing it as an outrageous violation of international law, ITAR-TASS reports.

34 Russian trucks started moving towards Luhansk without an escort from the International Red Cross Committee or the permission of Ukraine. Militants are escorting the convoy instead.
