Raul Khajimba declared president of Abkhazia

Batal Tabagua, the head of the Abkhaz CEC, has declared Raul Khajimba the president of the republic. He got 50,494 votes (50.57%). Tabagua said that no major violations were registered during the elections, RIA Novosti reports.
