The head of operations of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Europe and Central Asia, Laurent Korba, acknowledged that the humanitarian crisis in the southeast of Ukraine is very difficult. The ICRC spokesman called for the Russian convoy with humanitarian aid to be allowed onto the territory of Ukraine.
