Georgia and Romania discuss situation in Ukraine A telephone conversation took place between the President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili and Romanian President Traian Basescu. The sides discussed the upcoming NATO summit and the conflict in Ukraine. Margvelashvili thanked Basescu for not recognizing the presidential elections in Abkhazia. He expressed his gratitude to the Romanian state for supporting Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
