Taymuraz Mamsurov on the Caucasians among Ukrainian militants

Taymuraz Mamsurov, the Head of the Republic of North Ossetia, says that he understands the Caucasians who are fight in the south-east of Ukraine at some level. He also states that, if it were not for his political duties, he would participate in the events himself.
