Davutoglu named acting prime minister of Turkey

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has appointed Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu as the acting prime minister. Davutoglu became the head of the ruling Justice and Development Party yesterday, RIA Novosti reports.
