Nursery teacher in Grozny suspected of abusing children

A teacher at the Orlenok nursery in the Staropromyslovsky District of Grozny has been accused of systematically beating children, as recorded by cameras. She may get a large fine or be jailed for up to 3 years, the press service of Chechen prosecutor reports.
