UN counts 3 million Syrian refugees

According to the UN, the number of refugees in Syria has reached 3 million. About half of Syrians left their homes, every eighth Syrian crossed the border, about a million became refugees this year. 6.5 million Syrians remain in the country, half of them being children, but left homes, Gazeta.ru reports.
