Armenian businessman to apply to international court

Armenian entrepreneur Edmon Khudyan, who insists that his company was deliberately brought to a state of bankruptcy, is going to apply to the International Investment Court in Washington, D.C.

The businessman says Armenian courts cannot protect his rights. 

"I have been waiting for so long that it made me realize I won't have any luck here, so I decided to apply to an international court," Khudyan says.
