EU to impose new sanctions on Russia, French president says

On the threshold of the coming EU summit French President Francois Hollande voiced his certainty about the fact that the union will impose additional sanctions on Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

"The sanctions against Russia will by all means be tightened," President Hollande said.
