Igor Varyash: “The Ukrainian economy is near collapse”

The head of the Analytical Center for Financial Studies of the Financial Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance, Igor Varyash, states that the economic situation in Ukraine is critical. According to the scientist, only the loan which was earlier given by Russia keeps the country from default.
