ICRC registers more than 4,500 missing persons in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict The International Committee of the Red Cross has registered more than 4,500 people missing as a result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the committee said. The head of of the Barda sub division of ICRC, Nicolas Lambert said that the ICRC continues to support the countries in the search for missing persons and helping their families. This issue is a priority for the ICRC.
