Islamic State threatens Russia with war

The Islamic State has released a video that appeared on the Al-Arabiya website. A member of the terrorist organization threatened Russian President Vladimir Putin with starting a war in the Caucasus. The video was made in a hangar of an airfield in the Tabaqa District of Syria’s Raqqa Province, Vedomosti reports.

The ISIS militants threatened to form an Islamic caliphate in the Caucasus. They also threatened Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

According to studies carried out by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in 2008-2012, 71% of Syrian's arsenal was purchased in Russia.
