Azerbaijan stops pumping gas to Russia

Azerbaijan has stopped pumping gas to Russia due to reconstruction activities. It has been the second time Azerbaijan stopped pumping gas to Russia. The first time happened in early June due to reconstruction of a road, Interfax reports.
