Two-day holiday on occasion of Armenian Independence Day

 

Monday, September 20th, is a day-off in Armenia due to the
Independence Day celebration on Tuesday. Saturday the 11th was a
working day. On the 21st of September 1991 Armenian citizens voted for
independence after the collapse of the USSR.
