United States say that Russia has to withdraw its troops from Georgian border  The American Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel said that the United States want Russia to completely withdraw its troops from the border with Georgia. "The United States continues to urge Russia to fully withdraw its troops from the Georgian border. We welcome the endurance with which Georgia treats this issue," Hagel said speaking in Tbilisi, Itar Tass reports.
