Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championship opens in Moscow

The opening ceremony of the 30th Rhythmic Gymnastics World
Championship took place today in Moscow. Legendary performers of the
first championships and legends of our time took part in the show.
They performed with the ball and ribbon and two hoops. The
presentation of the participating teams also took place today. 880
participants from 55 countries arrived in Moscow. Sport officials and
famous Russian gymnasts such as Irina Viner and Alina Kabaeva attended
the ceremony. The first events started after the ceremony.
