Boris Polozhyi on the suicide situation in the North Caucasus

Boris Polozhyi, the head of Environmental and Social Problems of the Mental Health Department of the Serbsky State Scientific Center of Social and Forensic Psychiatry, speaks about the suicide situation in the North Caucasus. On September 10th the world marks the International Day of Suicide Prevention. On his day social activists drawsociety’s attention to suicides, possibilities of their prevention, and development of effective measures on the settlement of a problem which touches on all countries and social layers.
