Russian president congratulates South Ossetia on Independence Day

The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has sent greetings to the president of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoita, on Independence Day, ITAR-TASS reports.
He also said that South Ossetia can rely on help and support from Russia.
