Russia will respond to foreign sanctions, Federation Council speaker says

Russia will respond to the sanctions imposed on the country by the US and the EU, the speaker of the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Russian Parliament, Valentina Matviyenko, says.

According to her, such a reaction will be well-balanced and aimed at securing Russia's economic interests.
