Iranian president to address UN General Assembly

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is going to address the UN General Assembly. Rouhani is expected to leave for New York on September 22, ISNA reports. After that the Iranian president is going to travel to Russia, where he is scheduled to attend the summit of Caspian states in Astrakhan.
