Turnout at Moscow elections tops 17 percent

The turnout at today's elections to the Moscow city legislature - the Moscow City Duma - reached 17.48 percent, the head of the local electoral commission, Valentin Gorbunov, says. The highest turnout was registered in downtown Moscow.
