Vladimirov wins governor elections in Stavropol Territory

Acting Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has won the governor elections in the region. As of 0.17am, he got 83.73% of votes, State Duma member Victor Goncharov got 6.36%, Stavropol Territory Duma members Olga Drozdova and Alexander Kuzmin got 5.48% and 2.33% respectively, businessman Constantine Nartov got 0.77%. The voter turnout was 47.21%, Interfax reports.
