Special anti-fire regime imposed on Kabardino-Balkaria

A special anti-fire regime was imposed on several districts of Kabardino-Balkaria to prevent crop fires during the harvesting period. Access to forests and volumes of garbage-burning outside cities were limited. Making fires in fields was forbidden.
