Iraqi PM says IS has had enough air raids

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi ruled out any foreign ground operations against extremists of the Islamic State (IS). He urged the international community, especially the U.S., to start fighting IS in Syria, RIA Novosti reports.
