5th World congress of Cossacks to take place in Novocherkassk

The 5th World congress of Coassacks will take place in Novochercassk on October 12-14, 2015. 

This decision was taken today by the Council of the Don Cossack Atamans.

The congress should bring together 400 delegates, including 132 foreign delegates from 28 countries, yuga.ru reports.
