Russia doesn't plan to introduce sanctions against western powers

Russia has no plans to introduce sanctions against western countries, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti. 

"We do not support such measures. Such a move may be taken only in an extraordinary situation," he said.
