26 ISIS members arrested in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani National Security Ministry arrested 26 ISIS members. They are suspected of creating armed formations, supplying them with weapons, ammo, explosives, vehicles, equipment. The group is also accused of encouraging under-aged people to commit crimes, the ministry reports.
