Russia disappointed over Japan's new sanctions

The Russian Foreign Ministry has expressed disappointment at the new sanctions the Japanese government declared earlier today. The ministry called them illogical in the context of agreements to back the cease-fire in Ukraine reached by the Minsk Contact Group on September 5 and 19, ITAR-TASS reports.
