Rajab Safarov: “Negotiations on Iranian nuclear program are at a dead end”

The Director of the Centre for the Study of Modern Iran, Rajab Safarov, thinks that there will be no breakthrough on a settlement of the Iranian nuclear program at the upcoming session of the General Conference – the top decision-making body of the IAEA – which will take place in Vienna next week.
