Dollar price about to hit 39 rubles in Russia

The dollar price on the Moscow Exchange continues rising and had gained 0.47 rubles at 12.18pm, reaching a total of 38.9695 rubles. The euro price increased by 0.56 rubles to 49.6613 rubles, Gazeta.ru reports.
