Armenian lawmakers refuse to recognize Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh

The Armenian Parliament has refused to discuss the bill recognizing the self-proclaimed Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. The bill has been rejected by the Parliamentary Comittee for Foreign Affairs. 

The bill has been suggested by the Herritage party.
