Vyacheslav Kovalenko: "Armenia must not repeat Ukraine's path"

The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Armenia from 2009-2013, the director of regional programs at the Institute of Caspian Cooperation, Vyacheslav Kovalenko, believes that Armenia will benefit greatly from joining the Customs Union. However, the expert believes that the country should not repeat Ukraine's path.
