Yyldyz says that Turkey will strengthen cooperation with the Russian Federation

The Turkish minister declared that first of all this concerns about $22 billion which Russia has invested in Turkey, including construction of the Akkaya nuclear power plant. With positive coordination, construction should start in 2016, and the station will be able to work at full capacity by 2023.
