Armenian MPs appeal law on pensions at Constitutional Court

 

Armenian MP Artsvik Minasyan of the Dashnaktsutyun Party said that a lawsuit on recognition of the law on accumulative pensions as unconstitutional was received by the Constitutional Court, Armenia Today reports.According to the new version of the law adopted on July 1, 2014, the 5% of accumulative payments became compulsory, categorized as social payments.
