Ukraine's PM says it will pay Russia back

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk told the Ukrainian television that the country will pay back all debts to Russia, Gazeta.ru reports.

"It was not us, who borrowed this money, but we will pay it back," he said.
