Georgia opens new checkpoint on Azerbaijani border

Georgian Interior Minister Alexander Chikaidze and the head of the border police Zurab Gamzerdashvili attended the opening of a new border sector on the Georgian-Azerbaijani border, Trend reports.

Chikaidze and Gamzerdashvili opened a new building of the Land Border Protection Department of Vahtangisi border police, the Interior Ministry told Trend Oct. 2

The new building corresponds to the European standards and has modern equipment.
