New construction standards adopted in Azerbaijan

The State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Azerbaijan
has decided to put the inter-state standards document 'Metropolitan'
into force, approved by the Inter-State Science and Technical
Commission for construction standards, standardization and
certification.

According to the committee's decision of September 16,
the new standards MSN 3.03-04-2005 'Metropolitan' will come into force
on October 1, replacing the SNiP 11-40-80* document, Trend reports.
