Serbian Ambassador says South Stream will be constructed

The ambassador of Serbia to Russia, Slavenko Terzich, declared that energy questions shouldn't be the subject of political bargaining. The diplomat expressed confidence that Bulgaria will agree to construction of the South Stream pipeline.
