40 OSCE observers to visit Donbass

 

40 observers of the OSCE will arrive in Donbass on Sunday, making a total of 500, Gazeta.ru reports.Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said yesterday that OSCE inspectors will have received drones by October 13 to monitor the situation in the east of the country.
