Ukrainian president to skip CIS summit

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will skip the annual summit of CIS leaders tomorrow, said Russian President’s Aide Yuri Ushakov, TASS reports.

The identity of who the Ukrainian representative will be is unclear.
