Kanokov becomes Kabardino-Balkarian senator

 

Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Yuri Kokov has appointed Arsen Kanokov as the republic’s senator at the Federation Council of Russia, Interfax reports.Kanokov has been a member of the Federation Council since December 2013. He headed the republic in 2005-2013.
