Islamic State captures Kurdish headquarters in Kobani

Militants from the Islamic State terrorist group have captured the Kurdish headquarters in the Syrian town of Kobani, the Syrian Council for Human Rights is quoted as saying by Interfax-Azerbaijan. The militants now control over one third of the town's territory.
