Kyiv and rebels have not agreed on border

The Ukrainian authorities and the rebels in the Donetsk Region have not agreed on the demarcation line, representative of the Ukrainian military Vladislav Seleznyov is quoted as saying.

According to the military official, all reports saying otherwise are premature.
