The dollar value has set another record. Its price increased by 0.09 rubles to 41.01 rubles at the Moscow Exchange this morning. It dropped back to 40.81 rubles soon after that, RIA Novosti reports.The euro rate increased by 0.13 rubles to 51.96 rubles.
