Magomed Aliev on inter-ethnic conflicts among young people

An expert of the Presidential Council on International Relations and the Commission on Spiritual, Moral and Patriotic Education of Children and Youth, the executive director of the international youth organization Commonwealth, Magomed Aliyev, said in an interview to Vestnik Kavkaza that inter-ethnic tensions among young people in Russia have begun to abate. The expert believes that positive trends in this sphere are due to the increased mobility of young people.
