A member of the State Duma Committee for Energy, Valentin Romanov speaks about the reasons for the decrease in oil prices. Despite events in Ukraine, the Middle East and Hong Kong, oil prices on world markets continue to decline. However, experts note that there are no reasons to be concerned and that the average price will not be very low and will amount to a little less than $100. With the beginning of the heating season the demand for raw materials will increase and prices will increase. Nevertheless, the government has a plan in case oil prices continue to fall.
