Member of Akka district council killed

 

Ramis Mirzakhanov, a member of the Akka district council (Tabasaransky District, Dagestan), was killed when he attacked the police with a knife. His house was blocked at 4.30am, the police were aware that he was hiding a relative who was a militant, RIA Dagestan reports.The man injured an OMON officer. His relative managed to escape.
