Polish prosecution service to appeal decision not to arrest Zakayev

The Warsaw prosecution service plans to appeal the decision of a
Polish district court which refused to arrest the emissary of Chechen
militants, Akhmed Zakayev, RIA Novosti reports.

A representative of the Warsaw district procurator's office, Monika
Levandovska, said that the appeal is currently being prepared and will
be handed to the court on Friday.
